As a Service Plumber, you are a key member in upholding our service philosophy and core values, being face to face with our customers on a daily basis. This provides the opportunity to showcase our high level of customer service standards, honor the plumbing trade itself, and create an overall amazing experience.
If this position is for you, you have prior experience in the plumbing industry and have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers. You are self-motivated, energetic, thrive in fast moving environments, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines, as well as a desire to help people.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Install repair and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential environments
- Develop and train service plumbers while conducting service calls (when applicable)
- Perform drain cleaning on plumbing systems
- Perform minor to complex service work on plumbing systems
- Identity proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects
- Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
- Determine condition of plumbing equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine needed repairs
- Evaluate customer requests, provide estimates, and price projects
- Follow established service system processes and procedures
- Operate with safety as a primary concern for self and customer
- Perform training with service team on an ongoing basis
Job Requirements:
- PL-1 Plumber's License (Qualifier)
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to operate basic hand tools necessary for the craft
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and personality
- Physically able to perform duties of a plumber
- Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn with the best
- Team player who can work independently

Compensation: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
