Position Summary
- You will be responsible for assisting Project Managers, with the administrative management of projects
- Coordinating all scheduling and monitoring job progress
- Assisting the team in operating in a smooth and effective manner, coordinate work with the entire project team, as well as other teams and individuals in the organization
- Take responsibility to implement company standards to ensure project goals and objectives are met
- Coordinates entire project setup workflow effectively from the internal team, customers, vendors etc. through the entirety of the job
- Calls in for permits, utilities, subcontractor quotes, collects down payment h project
- Check in with the project teams throughout the day, updating project team as schedule changes
- Review and track project progress, assist in adjusting accordingly, and prepare necessary documentation (permits, materials, change orders, etc.)
- Follow up on inbound leads, estimates, and open proposals
- Nurture potential customers via phone, email, and text to close sales
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Provide quotes and service recommendations to customers via outbound calls and emails
- Maintain and report on sales pipeline and conversion metrics
- Serve as a primary point of contact for repeat customer base and project inquiries before, during, and after service
- Back-up on incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage customer expectations
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collect customer feedback and reviews
- 2+ years of experience in a plumbing or home service environment (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or inside sales
- Prior experience in project coordination, inside sales, or customer service prefered
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in ServiceTitan, or Housecall Pro, or similar home services CRM
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first attitude
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus
- Problem-solving under pressure
- Attention to detail and follow-through
- Collaborative team player
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
